Industrial Sponsor Package

The 2004 e-Science All Hands Meeting will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham from the 31st August - 3rd September 2004. This is the third All Hands Meeting and builds on a highly successful Meeting in 2003. This year we are anticipating around 800 delegates at the meeting from academia, industry and government. This year we are joined by the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) who are major sponsors of the UK e-Science All Hands Meeting 2004.

The All Hands Meeting is the major event that brings together the UK e-Science community. It offers an opportunity for individuals and projects to present recent developments, to network and to learn of other e-Science activities.

The Meeting will consist of Keynote Addresses by recognised experts in the field, presentations and posters, mini-workshops, Birds of a Feather sessions, and demonstrations at a number of booths organised around the Research Councils and e-Science Centre activities.

Conference attendees will be issued with a prize draw ticket when they register and they will have the chance to win a prize from a draw at the end of the meeting - if they are still in attendance.

The main purpose of this note is to inform you of the opportunities for industrial sponsorship in this event.

We are inviting sponsorship at three levels:

Sponsorship Level	Sponsorship
Gold	£2000 + or a draw prize of that value
Silver	£1000+ or draw prize of that value
Bronze	£500+ or draw prize of that value

• Sponsors have the opportunity to provide sponsorship by direct funding, by sponsoring a particular event(s) during the meeting, or by providing prizes for the draw at the end of the meeting.
• Sponsorship will be recognised in the programme and throughout the meeting.
• Gold sponsors will have the opportunity to include material on the CD containing the Meeting Pproceedings which will be distributed d at the meeting to all attendees.
• Gold and Silver sponsors will be given the opportunity to include printed material in the delegate packs.
