The fourth UK e-Science Programme All Hands Meeting (AHM 2005) will be held at the East Midlands Conference Centre (EMCC), Nottingham, from 20 - 22nd September 2005.

Poster Presentations

The Poster boards will be 0.75m in width and 2m in height so all posters must be in Portrait mode only and NOT Landscape. Biggest poster can be A1, 840mm(h)x 594mm(w) and will be attached to the board with velcro.

Please note we would like to remind those presenting posters that it is the responsibility of the authors to produce and print a poster ready for display at All Hands. There are no poster printing facilities at the venue. Those presenting a poster should bring the printed poster with them to the meeting ready for the poster and demonstration session on Tuesday evening.

Request for Press Release Information

This year, the e-Science Core Programme will be press releasing newsworthy e-Science developments that will be presented or demonstrated at All Hands. The plan is to send them out under embargo during the week before the meeting so that journalists can follow the stories from afar if they're not able to attend. If you or your organisation is planning to issue a press release to coincide with the meeting, please get in touch with me (Judy Redfearn). If appropriate, I'd like to include your press release in the press pack I'm preparing.
