Papers for Phil. Trans. R. Soc A
The deadline for submitting full papers to Philosophical Transactions A is Monday September 1st 2008 (23:59 BST)
. This applies to authors who were shortlisted from the abstracts submitted to AHM2008.
You can submit your paper simply by emailing it to email@example.com. In the event that your paper is too large to be sent this way, please either send a link from which to download the paper or contact me to arrange an alternative method.
Please remember that the maximum paper length is 10 pages. For guidance, approximately 640 words or two figures will fit a journal page. Detailed information on the required structure of the article and LaTeX template files can be found on the following page:

AHM Earlybird Registration Extended
Earlybird registration has been extended to the 31st July. Those registering after the deadline will incur a £50 penalty and will not be able to book accommodation via the registration pages. published on

AHM 2008 Registration Open
Registration is now available for the UK e-Science All Hands Meeting 2008. This years Conference fee is £120 (free for students). Please note that ALL registrations from the 14th July 2008 will now incur a late fee of £50.00 to cover administration and venue costs. To register please follow the link. published on

AHM 2008 Call for Papers
The overall theme for this year’s UK e-Science AHM is Crossing Boundaries. Key papers from the meeting will be published in two back to back editions of Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society A in the early part of 2009. There will also be opportunities to present your work and ideas in a 20 minute presentation. Proposers are being asked to submit abstracts. The deadline for submission is the 1st May 2008. The dates and venue for AHM 2008 have now been confirmed. The meeting will take place from the 8-11 September, 2008 in Edinburgh. Professor Peter Coveney will chair the Programme Committee. Further information will be available shortly.
